In order for Waggles to be a fun and
safe place for all we have a few guidelines:
1. Dogs must be on leash or in carriers at all times,
and under the control of the owner. Please remember there are other dogs in the building and for the safety of all, keep control
of your pet!
2. Do NOT leave pets unattended at any time, especially in the tubs!
3. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
4. Please notify an employee immediately if you have an accident or spill so we can get it cleaned up as
soon as possible.
5. For health and safety reasons, we require that all pets INCLUDING those from the animal shelter
have proof of shots prior to coming to Waggles. We also recommend that puppies be over 4 months, with all of
their puppy shots, before you bring them to the shop.
6. Please keep a close eye on your pets while browsing through the store. Items damaged by chewing, leg
lifting, etc. are considered an "instant purchase", and they will be added to your bill upon check-out.
7. Disruptive and/or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave, at management's discretion. If you need them,
muzzles are available on loan for use in the shop, at no extra charge.
8. Dogs deemed to
be a possible threat to customers or animals will be asked to leave.
9. Out of respect for our neighbors, please pick up after
your pet AND your kids. Bags and trash cans be provided at no additional charge. If an accident occurs in the store, please
notify staff as soon as possible.
10. This is a pet store, not a children's toy store, we expect you to keep your children under control
and to put things back where they belong. If you don't tell them, we will!
Play nice, get clean, have fun!
Walk-ins always welcome, however dog tubs can be reserved by appointment.

We can special order items for you, but keep in mind that
we have a minimum order amount. We can usually receive in-stock items within a week. Ask to browse our catalogs
and please let us know if you don't see an item you want.

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We offer in-store credit only.
We also have samples of many of our foods, so if you are concerned that your pet will not like the
food, ask for a sample.
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to
hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
